they checked the code and suggested we bring it in for a scan to see what the problem is with the car.

Great job car returned with exceptional clean up on inside of car. Body work was blended into original very well hard to tell where it started.

Requested proper repair of all for doors on our 2012 Terrain which we purchased from you which included rust proof insurance. The doors were inadequately repaired by Carstar at your dealership through a recall.and in just over a year the rust appeared again on all the doors Spoke to John the warranty manager and he said he was not having any success with General Motors redoing the doors.we approached him again in a few weeks and still no success. We contacted GM customer relations (Jason) who contacted Steven Johnson at Lindsay dealership and the Area district manager without satisfactory results. Jason did his best to resolve our complaint including keeping us regularly informed of his efforts on our behalf After this we ended up getting it probably repaired at a local body shop. This experience has made us very unhappy with GM and You. Gary and Cathy MacDougall
