These guys gave me a heck of a good deal. I traded in a car and they paid out the entire amount of of the loan even though the car was worth probably half of that. I dealt with Dom the sales manager he was the most generous guy.

First let me start by saying if there was a 0 that's what I would rate this dealership. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We went to the birchwood west auto area and stopped into the Jeep dealership. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted we wanted to size up some Jeep models. We walked into the dealership....the sales guy just inside the door didn't even get up to greet us. He asked us to have a seat we said we just wanted to look at a couple of the Jeep models. He said he wanted to get to know us. He asked for our names. Which we gave. He asked for our last names which he doesn't need for us to look at cars. Then he asked for our phone number. Again I refused because I wasn't sure a Jeep is what I wanted and didn't want 1 million phone calls from him. He then informed us that he was unable to even let us look at vehicles without that information. At which point we got up and walked out. That sales guy missed out on a 40,000 dollar sale. Let me make a few points that your dealership should take. ...1. If I want to buy a vehicle from you, I will call you. You don't need my number until I am willing to give it to you. 2. Stand to greet customers. 3. Understand that when I walk into your dealership first impressions might be the difference between me buying from you and me buying from another dealership, therefore my first 10 mins in your dealership is YOUR interview. So ask yourself after ever customer leaves...would I hire me? If the answer is no...maybe you need to adjust your attitude. Needless to say I took my $40,000 and drove across the city and bought a new Jeep. I suggest to everyone buying a vehicle pick the sales guy/dealership that works with you and doesn't pressure you. I will not be recommending your dealership to anyone and neither will my husband.

Sales people are pushy and sleezy. They told us lie after lie. We wanted to maybe swap our hitch out to the new vehicle and was told it was welded on to our vehicle. Guess what it was a lie it is held on with 6 bolts. Do not buy from this Dodge they are bullies and run they're business like Autolist of Canada.

Just had the worst experience checking out the option of buying a new vehicle and I have shopped at auto list of Canada for a new car. I was asked to leave a deposit so they could check to see if they could get the payment where we needed it. I had reservations but was told by two people that I could get it back that night if there was no deal. They then began to crunch the numbers without even knowing for sure what was owed on our existing loan. They said they got it down to our monthly payment assuming that what was left on the loan was what they had assumed was left on the loan. (This took several hours). The kids were hungry and tired we wanted to come back tomorrow to continue. They were insisting we signed without having the proper time to look over all then paperwork. They were stating that they were just going to start the process but wanted us to sign a paper to take over our old loan and all the request to purchase paperwork without properly going through it with us. They continued to insist that we sign tonight. This was feeling like too much pressure so my husband got very frustrated, and My youngest was screaming at the top of her lungs. It was then he asked for our deposit back and we would not be returning. We did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactic. We didn't want to feel pressured as we didn't have to have the vehicle it would just make like a bit easier. We were then told that we could not get our deposit back without the general manager and he was no longer available as he had gone home. This is when I frustrated stating that that was not what I was told by the sales representative that it could be refunded this evening. The sales manager then stated that that is true IF the general manager is available. I then went to talk to the sales representative that was helping us and he also said yes you could get it back if the general manager was there. This was NOT what I was told which the set me off. I was hoping we could get the deposit back and still come back and continue discuss the deal but the feeling of unrest that I got when they said it could only be returned if the general manager was there was closed that option. We would have come back the next day to discuss the deal if we had not felt pressured or lied to. I WILL NOT return to this dealership to purchase a car. In fact if any dealership ever asks me for a deposit I will tell them where to stuff it! I also feel like they belittle their employee's as when I went outside at one point with my very frustrated 2 year old I heard whom I can only assume was a manager yelling at a sales guy who was working on the computer and he physically turned the guys computer around and told him to leave it like that till he made some calls without even listening to what the gentleman had to say about what he was doing.
