I just purchased my third Dodge Journey from Winnipeg Dodge I had the best sales person Art Killbery if you are looking for a new car ask for Art he gives the best customer service. It's all about the customer with Art and Greg from the finance department was great!

This dealership is a joke. They use sleazy tactics and cons to make "sales". Read reviews before you even step through the door. If you plan to speak to a manager I would suggest packing a lunch as you will wait 2+ hours. Avoid this awful dealership at all costs.

I've been attempting to contact the service manager Tom regarding a poor costumer experience for 3 weeks!. I have left several voice mails each time stating my case. 2 days ago I called the general manger Dom, I have yet to hear back. My concern is, I brought our jeep in for some recalls. One of the issues we were having was with the 4x4. There is reprogram for the final drive control module. I asked the advisor to have reprogram done and go from there. The advisor informed me that the reprogram did not fix our concern and we would be on the hook for the $140 diagnosis. I was happy to pay that and find out what our issue was. The advisor called me back to let me know that we needed a new final drive control module. A $600 repair plus the diag cost. I declined the repair at that time due to finances and paid the diag. Up until this point everything was going well interms of a good customer experience. The problem started when I picked up our vehicle and attempted to engage 4x4 out of curiosity. I was very happy to realize that the reprogram of the "fdcm" actually fixed our concern!!! Our 4x4 has not worked in over a year!! There is no coincidence here. My happyness faded to anger when I realized we had been lied to and taken advantage of. Not only did they charge me $140 to diag something that was fixed during a reprogram, they tried to sell me a $600 "repair" on top of it. Not only did they quote me things I didn't need, on an inspection of our vehilcle, they failed to call a burnt out tail light, a front main seal and a rear pinion seal. All of which I would have been willing to have completed at their dealership. I work in the industry and work very hard every day to build a good name for company I work for. It is experiences and dealerships like this one that give us all a bad name.

I would recommend that shoppers and buyers avoid this dealership, as I have had a extremely poor experience here. Read the many negative reviews on many social media pages. If they hold your deposit, call your credit card company. Even employees warn of poor service. Speaking to manager or reaching out to the owner, Walt Morris Group, did not seem to help.

So let me start by saying we LOVE our 2010 Chevy Traverse that we bought two months ago. However how we were treated since the day we picked it up has been horrible. We test drove the vehicle at Walt Morris Used Dealership. They for some reason changed Finance Manager at the end of the deal. We then arrived to sign the papers and pick it up there only to get a call that we are supposed to go to Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler to sign with their Finance Manager. We drove over to Headingly from Walt Morris. At closing the Finance Manager said if we need anything at all to call him. Well, two months have passed and our air conditioning died. So we called him. He said to make an appointment with the service people and tell them that he said for the dealership to cover the cost. We brought the car in last Monday and left it with them as we headed to Brandon. They never called so I left multiple messages that did not get returned. Eventually I got hold of them and they said they needed to get hold of Walt Morris to see if they would cover it. The cost was going to be over 1200 dollars for a replacement rear a/c evaporator. Turns out they decided that they would not cover the cost as they said and it took them 8 days to figure that out. So today I picked up the vehicle and gave them my displeasure. I now have an appointment with Fountain Tire, who I trust and love their services, for next week at a cost of 800 dollars. Stupid dealerships. YOU SUCK WALT MORRIS AND WINNIPEG DODGE!

AWFUL. Worst dealership in the city, nothing but problem after problem with them. A bunch of money hungry crooks working there! Don't give them your business unless you want to be screwed over.

After we spent hours looking at vehicles to find the right one the manager would not give us a price without a deposit, as we got up and walked out the door the manager followed yelling at us the whole way out to our vehicle and continued yelling through the window. In the mean time the salesman ran out to the vehicle we had test drove and drove it up behind our vehicle so that we could not leave so the manager could continue yelling at us through the window. As we finally got to pull out the manager finally yelled a price, which was a sold right now price but not from you guys. Never buy here, if they treat you like this on the sale you will be garbage for the service. Again do not go here.

Piss poor customer service for our vehicle repairs. We were very happy with the purchase of the vehicle but now we are recommending people to stay away unless they have their own trusted mechanic.

I went in one day just to look at trucks with my buddy. A salesman by the name of Justin (I forget his last name and I burned his card), he claimed to be 'The Ram Specialist', he insisted that I sit and talk to him after I said I'm just looking. He didn't understand why I wouldn't buy that day and basically decided I was trading my truck in. After I told him what I wanted in a truck, he tried to get me to spend more money on a different truck, I said that's not what I want. I said I wanted dark grey, he told me black is better and that's what I should get. I said I liked the aftermarket rims on one of the trucks, he said mine would just come with factory wheels. It was a bad time and just a waste of everyone's time.
