I had the perfect service experience, I was greeted promptly, by service writer, vehicle was finished in last than an hour. And it was returned to me sparkling clean. People were very friendly and I was treated great. I did have time to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Eric was my salesman. He and other staff stayed well beyond closing hours to help with all our questions and our sale of a beautiful new vehicle. All were very friendly and very accommodating and honestly I can't say enough compared to all the other places we were shopping at.

Very disappointed!!! Bought my brand new Chevi Sonic 2018 6 months and my engine light came on. Took my car in under warranty and they had my car for almost 2 weeks and took 3 times to figure out the problem. They changed my relay and fuse block realizing it was not the problem until the called their engineer who said it might be my back up camera which it was. They put in a new one which is of cheaper quality than my original plus my fan motor and rear speakers needed to be replaced due to noise and buzzing. 100% not happy because I didn’t buy a $30, 000 car to already take to the mechanic!!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!

Took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be about 2 hours. Went away came back in 2 hours and the car had not moved. Over 3 hours after the time I dropped the car off it was finally ready. I don't know why I made an appointment when it couldn't be taken at that time? The staff were very good. It's just frustrating when you're told appointments are booked according to the amount of time needed for each appoint. My appointment was for 9:00 am...how could they be that backed up with only being open an hour plus I had an appointment. When the car was done I went to pay only to find out that after being told when booking the appointment that I would not get the $40 off deal because I didn't have the right GM visa. When I called to book the appointment they never said it had to be a specific GM visa. I realize they don't have as many staff in on a Saturday which is fine so don't book so many appointments? After getting my car back the oil gauge wasn't even reset.
