I was met at the door, as they were expecting me...great welcome . .As this would be my 3rd Rav 4, I was already familiar with most features, but everything was explained thoroughly to me at each stage , from the initial exploration, through financing, the purchase, and a detailed run through of features on pick up day..Explanations were so clear, that I really didn't have questions. I was treated so well, I felt like "queen for a day. Krista followed up with a phone call a few days later to check up. Excellent experience from A to Z!

Tim was very professional when dealing with my wife and I. We felt like we were treated like we were purchasing a top of the line brand new vehicle. We don't live in Collingwood but we will definately return when ready tp purchase our next vehicle.

The sales agent Ed Akidd was very knowledgeable and helpful and told us repeatedly that if there were any questions we were to come in for help. He took us through the car and it's systems. Our experience with with Vicki Rose was just as helpful and friendly. The whole experience was very gratifying. We look forward to dealing with this dealership.

Shane Stoodley was outstanding. Shane knows about cars! He goes beyond the call of duty to serve his clients and answered my questions, even on his off days he provided all my answers. Shane listens to his clients and serves. I am a demanding buyer and Shane was patient and informative, always respecting me and my nervous uncertainty. I am 58 and this was my best car purchase experience ever. If you want to purchase a car, ask for Shane at Collingwood Toyota.
