Our only concern is the cost of parts and servicing. The cabin filter was way over priced. In all our time of having new cars serviced we have never spent to much. We have never had a Chrysler product before. Perhaps you just charge more than GMC. Staff were polite and did their job well.

Had brake work done, everyone was professional including the shuttle drivers, it was done in timely fashion and I was able to move my appt up when the noise got worse.

The salesman, Shawn, listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was able to meet those requirements. Good test drive with him. The rest of the team worked to meet my financial request and a deal was made. This was a very positive experience. I hope the service dept. meets these high standards when I need them in the future.
