Won’t return

Won’t be back. And won’t buy our next car from here. Warranty work that was brought up was oiled or lubricated until the day the warranty expired. Then needed to be replaced. Spent extra on extended warranty for nothing. My friends and family will not be returning

courtesy pick up of my Jeep Iat 9am i thought was great. After that I could not get a returned text (which I thought was another great service) left many man messages to get the status of my Jeep. By 530pm I called receptionist. Was told service closes at 5pm and they still had my Jeep and I had no information.. No one informed me of that and no time line for my repairs was ever given. Also....at some point was told my breaks needed a cleaning. My breaks were just done 2 months before at Elgin Chryslar where even though is inconvenient location for me I will be returning to their service dept.
