As expected went looking for a used truck, within two minutes, the salesman was pushing me towards a new truck.

Receptionist answer the phone and started laughing at me and would not stop laughing at me! The hours of operation say you guys are open that's why I phoned and she was laughing at me like I should have read the hours of operation that were not listed that they were closed today. Does not make a customer feel confident when wanting to purchase something from their store

I have been dealing with Finch Chrysler since we relocated to London 7 years ago. I have only dealt with the service department and keep going back because of the service. Peter and John have been top notch service advisors over the years. Having to finally replace our vehicle, I had the opportunity to meet Jordan Fish, who sold us a brand new van. His patience and understanding of what I needed was exceptional and surpassed my expectations. He understood my frustrations (of a used van that I purchased at another dealer a few months prior) and I felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to fix my stress. He set me up in a brand new vehicle and was able to make a deal work that fit in our budget. I would highly recommend Finch Chrysler to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle or to service their current one. They say it is hard to find a customer for life, but I am now one. Thank you Jordan Fish and the Team. Looking forward to dealing with you all in the years to come.
