It was a just a software update. Pickup and drop off was nice! They did not indicate why the wheels had to be removed for a software update. No biggy. I can retorque myself

The experience met all my expectations that I have come to enjoy with Finch.

The service required was to review a noise problem that appeared when Braking . The service rep listened to my thought of where the problem was and was confident that they could resolve the issue.Turns out it was what I expected and was grateful to get an early call to say it was fixed and ready for pick up.

I’ve been to Finch Service a couple of times. Both times John helped me and I was beyond happy with his service. John is without a doubt the best customer service provider I have ever experienced. If John is representative of the high caliber of staff at Finch you have a happy customer for life!

Just purchased a truck from finch Chrysler about 2 weeks ago!! And let me tell you what service!! Had Ezz Fadel as my sales guy. And you tell him what you want and price range and he ll make it happen!! Highly recommend finch and Ezz!! Gets back to you super quick for any questions you have!!

I purchased a used Ford F150 in June 2020. My sales rep Justin Thorburn. I found Justin to be very helpful, easy to talk to and most important he listened to my concerns. Justin did his best to make sure that when all was said and done, I was a happy customer. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Finch Chrysler.
