I recently bought a Honda CR-V from Craig Harwood. Craig was fantastic, he was able to answer all my questions, and was not pushy at all. He delivered my car to my house 4 days after purchase and provided me with contact information if I have any further questions. I would definitely recommend Craig, if you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, regardless of whether it's a Chrysler or not!

Lack of attention to details.

My vehicle was in to have my winter tire swap to summer tires. There had been a previous mistake made last fall where the service team put my winter tires on my summer rims and took my summer tires off of the rims. I had purchased winter rims for my winter tires but they did not utilize them. The plan was to fix this mistake on the most recent visit by flipping the tires but i wanted to speak to my advisor ahead of time to make sure we were on the same page. I left 2 voice messages for John and called several other times with no success. My call was not returned. The day of my service i finally got through to my advisor and we hashed out the details. One of the details was that I would be taking my winter tires home and not storing them with finch chrysler. When The service was complete i went to pickup my vehicle only to find they had charged me for tires storage and my winter tires were not in my vehicle. This was very frustrating to me given I had just talked about this detail with John. I think this all could have been fixed with proper communication ( answer phone or return voice messages) and organization.

Process was seamless and no issues

Drop off and pick up process was fast and efficient. I was acknowledged when I pulled into the drop off area and notified via text when my vehicle was ready. Oil change was completed and my wiper was fixed.

Had my first oil change since my purchase. With everything happening I hadn’t been though about it. They called and reminded me :) I then had the team pick up my car and then deliver it back! The entire experience has been fantastic.
