Justin was fantastic. Got me what I was looking for and made the process easy. Greg also supported with finance and was super helpful. Thanks for making this an easy experience!

Very happy with my recent trade. Called on Saturday and had my new vehicle parked in the driveway 5 days later. Many thanks to Craig Harwood and the Finch team for the excellent service.

Waiting an hour and a half so far and still not done the oil change is not finished! Sitting outside on the ground waiting sucks!

I bought a used vehicle (almost new) from Finch direct from auction in August 2018. Since purchase almost two years ago, there has been a knocking noise at the front end when braking. I have only brought the Jeep into Finch for servicing. Last year I was told the noise was bc I needed new struts. Thankfully that was under warranty and I only paid for the “peace of mind” inspection. That did not fix the problem. I am now told the noise is because I do not have OEM brakes and was asked if I had them replaced by someone else. I did not. My total purchase price for the 2017 Jeep came to $36,000 with extended warranty and taxes. I don’t drive the Jeep a lot. There is only 35,000 km on it. Needless to say, when the Jeep was purchased, only one year old, with about 17,000 km, it should not have already had a brake job. Having to sink more money into a fairly new vehicle does not make me happy. Especially if I am considering selling it. Which I am because I am not confident it is such a dependable vehicle. Further, having to pay $100+ for, yet another inspection, and to end up with a different diagnosis for the knocking, creaking noise (brakes now, not struts) really makes me unhappy. Lastly, my vehicle was there all day, dropped off the night before, and when I texted to inquire mid afternoon, was told it was ready. It is due for an oil change, yet that was not mentioned. I was told it was waiting out front.... but walked the parking lot twice before someone came out to help me find it at the very back of the parking lot (hottest day of the year so far). And the Jeep wasn’t even cleaned or was I offered a courtesy wash. Overall, three stars out of five for this kind of service is generous. Sorry. You want my honesty.... there it is.
