there service department is an absolute joke they will try to over sell you on anything you bring your car in for & then tell you if you don't do it, it will void your warranty.

my parents friend asked me about some of the charges she was getting when she took her vehicle there for service & they were add a lot of extra charges for non related things, & since she doesn't know they keep trying to rip her off every time she takes her vehicle in for service.

We had an appointment and waited an hour and half to see the sales guy we had an appointment with. Very disappointed in the service that was provided.
