What can I say about Wheaton KIA? We have used KIA's as a family since 2004 when Bellamy KIA was around. It was the service and exceptional professionals that kept us coming back. And I was worried that the feeling of being the most important family in the dealership would go away when Wheaton purchased KIA. But that feeling did not go away. Very helpful staff. I had been to a couple other dealerships before coming to Wheaton Kia. When I walked in Cassie approached me quickly and was friendly and knowledgeable. She had answers to all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. In the couple months that I waited for my vehicle to arrive Cassie was very quick to respond to any questions I asked her. Honestly have never dealt with a more competent, pleasant salesperson. When I picked up my vehicle, Susan was also very helpful and while she did explain all the optional coverages, she wasn't pushy, which I appreciated. Overall I would rate Wheaton Kia as a great dealership to buy a vehicle from. On the day of pickup they made it a great experience with the red ribbon and all. Cassie took the time to sit in the vehicle with me to get me familiar with it and the options in it. It’s been about a week now that I’ve had my car and I’m living it so far (2023 Kia Sportage X Line Limited).
