Very helpful staff. I had been to a couple other dealerships before coming to Wheaton Kia. When I walked in Cassie approached me quickly and was friendly and knowledgeable. She had answers to all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. In the couple months that I waited for my vehicle to arrive Cassie was very quick to respond to any questions I asked her. Honestly have never dealt with a more competent, pleasant salesperson. When I picked up my vehicle, Susan was also very helpful and while she did explain all the optional coverages, she wasn't pushy, which I appreciated. Overall I would rate Wheaton Kia as a great dealership to buy a vehicle from. On the day of pickup they made it a great experience with the red ribbon and all. Cassie took the time to sit in the vehicle with me to get me familiar with it and the options in it. It’s been about a week now that I’ve had my car and I’m living it so far (2023 Kia Sportage X Line Limited).

If you are looking for a new or used car and a sales team that is honest and has integrity, Wheaton Kia is the place to go! I bought a used Jeep from them in 2015. From then to now, the service has been superior. A few days ago I traded in my Jeep for a brand new Kia Soul EX. Thank you Gregg M., Leandra L., Brandon F., Susan R., Jeff L., Trevor G., Josh P., Jakki Y. and Marie Winkel, all of whom I’ve had interactions with at the dealership (sorry if I forgot anyone). You guys are the best! Thank you! 😊

I just recently purchased a new Kia Sportage. We had Chris helping us out in sales and Susan in finance. Chris was amazing at letting us do things at our own pace and making sure the vehicle was exactly what we wanted, along with having all of the features we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions we had. Chris also gave a very thorough walk through of the car and made sure we weren’t left wondering what certain features do. He worked alongside us to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our new suv! Susan was awesome at getting us her best deal possible. She was very good at explaining all of the extras (warranty, packages, etc) and making sure we knew what we were buying. We are very happy with our new purchase!
