I just recently purchased a new Kia Sportage. We had Chris helping us out in sales and Susan in finance. Chris was amazing at letting us do things at our own pace and making sure the vehicle was exactly what we wanted, along with having all of the features we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions we had. Chris also gave a very thorough walk through of the car and made sure we weren’t left wondering what certain features do. He worked alongside us to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our new suv! Susan was awesome at getting us her best deal possible. She was very good at explaining all of the extras (warranty, packages, etc) and making sure we knew what we were buying. We are very happy with our new purchase!

there service department is an absolute joke they will try to over sell you on anything you bring your car in for & then tell you if you don't do it, it will void your warranty.

my parents friend asked me about some of the charges she was getting when she took her vehicle there for service & they were add a lot of extra charges for non related things, & since she doesn't know they keep trying to rip her off every time she takes her vehicle in for service.
