I drove on the lot with a 21 Gladiator Sport going in for a service appointment on Saturday June 26th. I left the lot same day after the truck was taken care of. Great job service department...yes Mike that includes you!!! Anyways, today June 27th, I drove on to the lot with my 21 Gladiator Sport, I left in a 21 Gladiator Willy's. Worked on the deal yesterday with (baby) Cody who showed me the majority of features on the truck different to the one I had. Did an awesome job bud!!! He did have to leave for an appointment though, so he tagged in Alicia to keep me company while waiting for the financing to go through. She was awesome, she could have gone and delt with other customers, but she hung out with me while we waited. The girl fed me...like who does that at a dealership??? I had to wait till today to get the final answer on the truck, and when I did, Alicia was there to go over everything ( (baby) Cody had the day off) Both of them were a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend anyone looking for a new Dodge, Ram or Jeep to go see them. Oh and hey, can't forget the finance department and the sales managers...Baeli, Cody and Rob...thanks for all you did. You guys are all fantastic!!!

I was really impressed! Got the truck I want, FINALLY! Ritchie was super helpful and knew his stuff! Ritchie and his friendly, happy personality was and is a total bonus! Gotta start by saying, when it comes to buying a car I am not easy to please. I ask questions sales people don't often face, or are expected to know, I put them through the gauntlet to get my sale. Which brings me to Kass, super friendly, just a great attitude. A pleasure to work with during the online ordeal or buying a car without going in. She put hours of time into things before I'd stepped foot on the lot. Shawn was the poor soul that had to deal with me in person as Kass was unavailable when I went in to view a car. He was patient, understanding, and thorough in explaining the areas I was unclear on. Alex was involved at that point too, making some moves when my Alberta license caused a hiccup, at no point making my mistake feel like a problem. When I went back in to sort insurance, again an issue because of me hopping provinces, Matt was the one to deal with me, solid guy, great head on his shoulders. Important edit, I just completed my second purchase with White Rock Dodge. And once again, blown away. Nicholas was without a doubt the easiest sales agent I have ever worked with, and this dealership for the second time made the process smooth and enjoyable. They deserve a second 5 start rating from me but I can only give one. So to the whole team, Kass, Shawn, Alex and Matt, my deepest thanks for your time and effort in this process, especially in such complicated times. I full heartedly endorse this team, if you are looking to get in a vehicle, step one should be White Rock Dodge.

Time wasting dealer ship always posting adds with no prices. Obviously they are too high and know they will get bad fees back for over priced cars. Also sales staff are awfull

I'm selling my Jeep. I had the manager reach out to me and told me to bring it in as they're interested. They offered me $20k less than what my vehicle was priced at despite knowing what the price was. Drove almost an hour just to be told "oh well". Talk about insulting to me and my time, especially since a dealership closer to me offered more.
