I booked an appointment to get my oil changed for 9:40am. I had my car there by 9:35am and they took it right away. I had to go to work and they did warn me it would be a wait so I used the shuttle. Had to wait about an hour for the shuttle but I was patient as they did say it was their busy season. They told me they would call me when it was ready. I was expecting a few hours, by noon or 1 at the latest and was prepared to step out of work (take my break) to pick it up. By 3pm I still hadn’t heard anything so I called them asking what was going on with my car. They told me it was almost ready and they would send the shuttle. I explained to them that I had dropped my car off earlier that morning and I had to be somewhere in Ajax by 4pm. The shuttle got me 40 minutes later at 3:40pm. I didn’t get my car until 4pm. Again my appointment was at 9:30am. I do understand we are going into winter and it makes sense that they are busy but over 6 hours for an oil change is poor customer service and completely unacceptable.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. I took my car in for an oil change, and as soon as I left the parking lot my check engine light came on. I went back and they said it was just coincidence, but they could look at my vehicle in 2-3 weeks. My car then started wanting to stall at red lights. On top of this someone at the dealership stoll my medicine from my car. When I talked to another dealership they were surprised they didn't offer to even scan the car to see if there was an issue. In closing, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THOS DEALERSHIP!!! They do not care about the customer at all. Just the money. If I could give negative stars I would.
