I have 2010 Traverse that is showing signs of a bad power steering pump. GM has extended coverage on my year vehicle to 240,000km. Called Nurse to tell them what my vehicle is doing and they find the extended coverage and tell me that if it’s showing signs of being on it’s way out they don’t care. They’ll only cover the power steering pump if you’re driving and experience a complete loss of power steering. Don’t deal with this dealership.

Very good service so far, even though I have bought my cars at a different dealership and have moved in Whitby recently. The reason for not getting 5 stars is the fact that every time you deal with them there is a service up-selling attempt.
