James Wright put on a Customer Service CLINIC. This man is the polar opposite of every negative stereotype associated with Sales People. Patient, informative, helpful and most importantly, relational. He has left us feeling comfortable that we now have built a strong relationship and that we were not merely a transaction for him. Have a service I didn't ask for not going back bought 5 vehicles from them bad service associate.not cheap just to checkair pressure and look at belts

I have now purchased two cars from Natalie Gowland (@carsbynatalie) and I must say the experience was phenomenal. Her customer service skills are on point and she really dialed in on my needs and was able to get the deal done in a fair and honest manner. She went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied. She even drove one of the cars and hand delivered it to us here in Waterloo. Don't look anywhere else. Simply call or visit the dealership and ask to speak with Natalie. No one else will work harder for you. Do it!! You'll thank me later.
