Fast, friendly, and efficient

They changed the oil and air filter. Showed me the old air filter as this was not a scheduled replacement. They also commented on an odor inside the vehicle and said they checked the cabin air filter but it was good. I was already aware of the odor and its cause. The vehicle was taken in immediately when it was dropped off and was ready ahead of schedule. I was given a ride back to work and the driver was very friendly. I was called when the car was ready and offered a ride back to get my vehicle. The service tech noted an oil leak from the rear axle and the gave me a quote to fix it. The problem and the quote were both explained to me. Everyone there is friendly and respectful.

Had some warranty work done on my vehicle, staff were respecful and great to talk to, helped to fix another issue that my vehicle was having as well with the navigation system. Only thing is I'm from out of town and the service took a bit longer than was expected and told but all in all was great!

Troy was awesome to work with, he knows how to talk to people to find a vehicle that fits your needs and most importantly, your budget. He was knowledgeable in the vehicles he was presenting to me and respected my financial situation to find a vehicle to drive away in. I'd go back to him for my next vehicle and recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We needed to bring in a Sienna from another location. The kind of vvan we wanted was only available elsewhere so the staff at Rainbow Toyota pulled all the necessary strings to bring a vehicle to us. The coustomer service I received was timely, professional and focused.

The team of Brian and Dean at Rainbow Toyota were awesome. Brian did a super job of going over options and showing in detail every part of the Rav4. After comparing over 20 other vehicles, we decided on Toyota. Rainbow offered us the best value on our new vehicle and our trade-in. The extended service plan is also a must! This will be our second Toyota, and likely not the last. Although, I would like to drive a Ferrari someday...
