My husband and I both bought new Honda Vehicles recently through Henley Honda in St. Catharines On. Our Salesman was Joseph Scavo and the Financial Services Manager was Sean Moffet. Buying a new car is both exciting and stressful because it is a big investment and a big decision. So you can imagine buying two cars on the same day would be a BIG decision. Both Joe and Sean were very patient with us and I am not the easiest customer. I am the negotiator in our family and I work in the financial services sector as well. I know first hand what it means to deliver excellent customer service and I expect it from businesses I deal with. In total we were with Joe and Sean for over 5 hours. Joe listened to our needs and helped us to choose vehicles that would suit both our lifestyles and our budget. We purchased a 2018 Honda CRV and a 2018 Honda Civic. The test drives with Joe were thorough and informative and he showed us the not only the 'pretty things' about the car but how the safety features perform. When it came time to discussing numbers he gave us many purchase/lease plan options. The negotiations were intense because I am a very detailed person. I look at everything, ask a lot of questions and of course I wanted the best deal possible.Joe was very patient and we were able to come to a decision that we both felt was a win for us and a win for Honda. The day we picked up our new Honda Vehicles Joe spent more than half an hour going over the instrument panel etc. It was Sean's day off but he made sure to be present just to be sure we were completely satisfied. I feel that both Joe and Sean delivered an EXCELLENT customer service experience that FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. We have been driving our vehicles now for about a month and we have since been in contact with Joe. I am pleased to say that the excellent customer service experience did not end with the delivery of our vehicles. As for the vehicles themselves, neither mu husband nor I have ever owned a Honda and we both agree that these are by far the vehicles we love the most of all the vehicles we have owned in our lives! Kudos to Honda and especially Henley Honda!!! My husband and I would highly recommend Honda Vehicles and Henley Honda in St Catharines is definitely our Dealer of Choice for anyone looking to purchase a vehicles. So happy with our new cars and the overall experience. We expect to have a long relationship with Honda and Henley warmest regards. Lorraine & Alan Attachments area

Most dealerships do a good job selling, but it's the other details, service needs, etc where they fall flat. You really see what Henley Honda is all about after you make a purchase/lease. Customer service from start to finish and everything in-between has always been a point of pride for them and it shows. You will not be disappointed.

Didn't expect to walk out of Honda with a brand new Civic but the customer service is what sold me. Joe was absolutely awesome, talked to me what I needed in a car and showed me one that fit my needs perfectly. Didn't try to upsell me to something more expensive just to get me to pay more. Showed me everything I needed to know about the car and then some. Sandra in the financial department was great, super helpful in figuring out coverage I should get. An absolute fantastic experience all around.
