Henley Honda

Didn't expect to walk out of Honda with a brand new Civic but the customer service is what sold me. Joe was absolutely awesome, talked to me what I needed in a car and showed me one that fit my needs perfectly. Didn't try to upsell me to something more expensive just to get me to pay more. Showed me everything I needed to know about the car and then some. Sandra in the financial department was great, super helpful in figuring out coverage I should get. An absolute fantastic experience all around.

This is my second new Civic from Henley Honda .Brandon & Sandra were great , they are very knowledgeable, they made it a great experience. Would highly recommend them both !

I recently purchased a new vehicle through Henley Honda. Having never purchased new before, I wasn't sure of the process and what to expect, etc. My salesman, Blair, was exceptionally helpful. He worked very hard to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle for my lifestyle. He let me test drive two vehicles that we narrowed the choices down to, but was willing to offer even more if I wanted. He explained the vehicles very well, didn't pressure me into anything, and went above and beyond through external communications to answer all my questions. When I purchased, Sandra was equally as helpful and amazing. She explained all the processes to me, including registration, insurance, pick-up procedures, etc. Again, she helped me through the whole process and clearly went out of her way to make the experience smooth and well-informed. I'm very very happy with the process at Henley and appreciate all the hard work they put in for me!

Just picked up my new Honda CRV with the help of Blair, our sales representative. I have to say, this was a really great buying experience. This is our 3rd new Honda purchase. I usually go to the dealerships and scout out the sales staff for my husband, who despises the whole process. I did some recon at Henley Honda and they hooked me up with Blair, quite possibly the nicest sales person on the planet. His brighthearted demeanor, honesty and exceptional product knowledge impressed me very much. We had a really fun test drive. A month later I called Blair first thing in the morning to make arrangements to come in that day for my husband to test drive and review options. Blair was off that day, but didn't think twice about coming in to take care of us. He took us for another test drive and completed the sale, along with a trade in. His dedicated customer service was so impressive, making this experience seamless for us. A shout out to the very friendly front desk assistant, she was lovely, huge smile and always welcoming. I recently bought a new 2018 civic and couldn’t be happier with the car and service. Excellent service from beginning to end. Brian, my salesperson was patient and very knowledgeable. I’ve never had someone take me on such a great test drive! He made sure I was completely satisfied and taught me everything I needed to know about my car. He even took the time to teach my niece all about my 2014 civic that she was buying out. I wish I had gone to Henley Honda from the very beginning it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I don’t live in St. Catherines but it’s worth the drive. The entire team at Henley Honda was great!
