Brent was awesome!

We dealt with Brent for the most part and he was fabulous. However when picking up the vehicle Brent was not in! We got someone who was not wearing a name tag and he didn't introduce himself to us at all! He was very rude and had quite an attitude. With so many hands in the pot it is difficult for this employee not to be confused! He did not explain the ownership correctly and we ended up paying twice for the ownership! We were not told it was to come in the mail at a later date and this would not have worked in our case since it was very close to when we had to go get the sticker for the plate.

I bought my 2014 Ford Fiesta from Haldimand back in February and have no regrets! The sales and service teams are equally wonderful and patient. When I was initially buying the car I felt absolutely no pressure to make a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The sales team were honest and open about everything and I felt listened to and respected, something I can't say for all the dealerships I visited looking for a car. I have been in to have my Fiesta serviced three times now, just to check up on a few minor things, get the oiled changed and the tires switched, and they have gone above and beyond my expectations every time. They're gracious and answer all my questions, no matter how ridiculous. This is my first car so knowing I can go to them and be given a straight, honest answer is great. I would recommend Haldimand to everyone and anyone! -Brianna B

The warranty costs 2000 extra but if you have a power door lock it will come 300 dollars more because the door is powered

I called Amy and told her exactly what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks she found me the exact vehicle. I was treated with the utmost respect. I had a bit of trouble with the financing but only because of being on disability due to my bad car accident but everyone worked very hard for me and made it very easy. I loved my experience with the knowledgeable and kind hearted staff.
