We love Haldimand Motors - we wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

We made several trips to Haldimand and tried out many cars. We love that - you can try as many cars as you like and no one pressures you. We finally bought our 2012 Ford Fusion last Friday. The cars are like brand new when you pick them up - so easy to deal with.

Management ! Gentlemen, I have noticed your advertisements for a number of years and I wish to congratulate you on your recognition of your employees, especially the " GET DOWN & GET DIRTY " employees who are the BACKBONE of any Organization. All too often we see the pictures of Management & Sales people but ........... the employees who do the " heavy lifting " as I call it , seldom are acknowledged in print. Too bad more Business Organizations did not follow your lead and realize without these people ............. you do not exist. , myself have never purchased a vehicle from Haldimand Motors I guess mainly because I live in the Niagara Region. Having worked for 8 years as the Purchasing & Maintenance Manager at Lundy Steel several years ago, I appreciate the area around Dunnville and the many great people who live in the area. You have the type of an Organization that I would be proud to be a part of and a contributor to ..... however, I am retired and have been for six years. Your acknowledgement of ALL of your employees is an example as to how a Business should be operated and be a success to yourselves, your employees and your Community. CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was disappointed that my vehicle was not cleaner. I wish they had at least washed it, cleaned the inside of the windows and gave it a vacuum

Haldiman Motors is true to their word, providing an easy, non-pressure purchasing experience and making sure I was informed and satisfied each step of the way. I test drove 5 vehicles and landed on exactly what I was looking for. It was the right vehicle, in the price range I sought, and again I felt clear in making my decision without any complications.

The team at Haldimand was courteous and friendly, and very helpful. My only concern was a vehicle I test drove had a faulty battery, which is understandable on a used car lot, but when I visited a second time a week later the same car was simply sitting with its hood up and engine on to keep the battery running. This didn't impress me, as I believe it would be safer to replace the battery upfront for your customers.

After trying out at least 10 vehicles, my wife purchased her Tucson to replace her beloved 2003 Dodge Caravan. ( purchased in 2005 at Haldimand). The service was perfect, no pressure, no hassle, and lots of vehicles to choose from. This is the 5th purchase in our and it won't be the last. Thanks to the folks who made car buying a pleasure.
