I had already done all my research on what I wanted before I came to the place, and when I arrived there was no pressing salesman to have to deal with, just a guy saying "Which car would you like to test drive? Here's the key". I drove it around a bit, came back and said I'd like to buy it, and they quickly helped me fill out all the paperwork to get it done. A couple of days later I came back and picked the car up and everything is peachy. Good experience in my books.
