Got a Smart from them which ended up have a few issues with it. Haldimand's mechanic said that the issues I was having was typical but then checked the vehicle over. Turned out there was an issue. Overall I had a decent experience and would probably shop there again but I find that I'm still waiting for a "free" oil change coupon the salesperson said they were going to send me. That was months ago and I still haven't received it.Update (2016): car still runs. Has a bunch of issues but not sure you could blame Haldimand for it. Although the muffler was coming off when I purchased it and they should have caught that. It stayed on long enough for the warranty thing they had to expire.

Got a chance found a car at this dealership, trade in my old car and get a better one. They give my old car a reasonable value, really close to the highest market value according to Canadian black book. Found some problems (really small, like some bugs in the panel light) while test drive, mentioned it during chat with friendly salesman, and they fixed every single problem you have mentioned. And they try their best to let me pick up my new car before new year :) I really appreciate the business.PS: They never push me to buy a car.

Very easy people to talk to, no sales person tactics or pressure! Lots of vehicles to choose from! I bought basically a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra gt there with only 450kms for much cheaper than a new one directly from Hyundai! I love it!

I bought my 2008 Buick Lucerne from here in November of 2008. This is my first Buick and not my last. The car has been really good to me. It now has 172,000 Kilometers on it. It had 40,000 when I bought it. This car was originally a rental and had a large scratch on the hood. They buffed it out and I could not see it. The sales staff was fine. When I finished up the paper work, they bring the car around the front for you and leave it running. They have a great selection of cars and everything is checked over once you buy it. You just have to go and hop in. Buick's are built to last. It has been babied by me and for the first five years, I never had to do much to it. Recently, I replaced the rear springs, shocks, complete tune up, and now it has a engine leak which is labour intensive. A headlight a rear light, and oil changes, One tranny service and thats about it. I had a Cadillac rented for 2 weeks and would not give you half of what they wanted for it. I got my Buick back, and that was the real Caddy. More room, nicer ride. If I need another used vehicle, this is the place I am going to be looking to first.
