All staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Our sales repEric Curston was great. He took care of the paperwork answered our questions, acted on all our requests and explained the details and features of our new car. Eric went out of his way to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. Kristi Sawyer in financial services was also very helpful in providing us with an extended warranty and Wayne from the shop staff did a great job detailing the car.We would like to thank everyone for their attention to detail and making ourcar purchase a pleasant experience.Karen and Jerry Franco

Ontario Motor Sales has provided service for my vehicles for many years now. After trying so many other dealers, I finally found the place for me. Their friendly staff are always prompt at attending to your needs and providing the best service available. John Turner needs special mention as he has personally seen to all my service/ maintenance needs over the years. John is an early riser and is always there to check me in long before the shop is open for business. Give them a try and see for yourself.

We had an extremely unprofessional and disorganized experience at this place. We drove all the way from Toronto to test drive a vehicle and for a meeting we had organized a few days in advance. We were even sent the name and picture of the sales rep we were assigned to. After driving for an hour, we were told that the vehicle had been "literally just now" sold out to someone else, whereas we were not able to find the vehicle listed online the day before, meaning it was probably sold out earlier and someone was just not responsible enough to give us a call and cancel! My feedback and advice for the team here is to learn to respect people's time and also when you mess up, be honest and own up. Definitely not going back here! This experience deserved "0" stars. What a total waste of time!
