Bill in finance was phenomenal. Sean our sales agent was very knowledgeable. Management was kind and on our side. Good team except for Lady who handed the sold keys over to us. She did not know the car, disappointing.

It seems i have had nothing but problems with this establishment since the day I picked up my 2011 Caravan. Communication (or lack there of specifically) seems to be their downfall. I have currently been trying to get my vehicle in with them for its scheduled maintenance for nearly a month. Between unanswered emails and phone calls not returned I am at a loss. When I actually did receive a phone call from them. I find out they scheduled me an appointment that they didn't confirm with me, which in turn I was unable to make

The team took care of me...they find out what you need and meet your demands...trucks are still to expensive...thanks for this experience

From day one to the time that I drove off the lot, the service was great. Derryck did a great job. Also would like to mention Scott, awesome service from him too. Will be going back for my next truck.
