We paid almost 27,000$ for a 2015 Jeep with barely enough tire tread to pass a safety. Did not come with a soft top ( which I though all jeeps did ). And I drive over 2 hours to get home and find a strange noise and to find out that I would have to bring it back to get it looked at.

I had a recall done. check in was good, drop off and pick was great the gentlemen that drives me every time is amazing super nice and friendly, and always on time or even early. It would be really nice for the staff in service to call the customers with updates on their vehicule. Often I find myself wondering all day what's going on and if there are any issues or concerns.

The A/C I had charged is working great but I was told to bring my truck in at 9 and did not get it back until 4 pm. I feel the scheduling should be a bit more precise. It is impossible as it is impossible for me to run my business without a vehicle.
