Josh worked tirelessly to ensure that my 2017 Cruze would suit all my needs and keep me safe as my last 2006 Malibu failed to do so. He responded extremely quickly to all phone calls and messages when my mother had any questions or concerns, and took his time to explain every detail of our transaction as well as the vehicle. Cory was very polite and enthusiastic, he introduced us to a lot of the staff back at the dealership and showed us around to make sure I had no issues in the future when having to go in for oil changes etc. Overall my voyage to Murray Chevrolet was more than satisfactory, and I will recommend the dealership to any future car buyer I meet.

Jaime was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles and their features. He was able to find me a car that fit my needs. The staff at Murray Chevrolet are very friendly and eager to answer any questions. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely buy another car there when the times comes.

I was having a periodic problem with starting vehicle where it took a couple attempts to start it. Vehicle was brought in and left for a few days but the mechanic could duplicate the problem and was not able to locate the source of it. After getting the vehicle back the same thing happened to me again and the vehicle was brought back in for another few days. but the problem was not located. Dennis arranged for a rental vehicle for me while mine was in for service. I have not had a problem with the vehicle since it was brought back in the second time so whatever the cause it must have reset itself.

PArts are broken which is under warranty, never attend to my concerns. Will not buy again nor recommend to friends.
