It has been a few weeks, so I don't recall details. The service was tire change and rotation and spring tune-up plus anything else that Dennis recommended. When booking, I always say "Whatever Dennis recommends" as I have complete faith in his expertise and knowledge. The service staff seem to have done their usual great job.

Very helpful when I arrived, and was attentive to detail when I spoke about my issues with the vehicle. I am impressed with the professional approach at Murrey's and have recommended to others to go there for service and to buy their next new vehicle.

I have had some visits that left me wondering about the CSRs at Murray when picking up and paying for my service. My last visit there was a very frustrated woman trying to cover for the CSRs. One was away at a Doctor's appointment the other took her lunch break. I was trying to pay for an upgrade on my "free" oil change, the woman there didn't know how to process it and there was no one for her to call. The process of paying for my oil change tool about 20 maybe 30 minutes. However any of the work done on my 2013 Equinox has always been satisfactory. My last vehicle was a Outlander and I found the dealership and staff were less than friendly, they were pushy and always tried to up sell on service. Murray wins points for not being pushy.

Everything from the shuttle to the service provided for brake rotors being replaced was excellent and very professional. Recommend Murray chev old's to all I meet.

Went into Murray Chevrolet to see if they had brochures on the new equinox and Cody Wiebe said they were coming in a week. Next time we dropped in he handed me a brochure and showed us the features of the new Equinox and then arranged for us to take it for a test drive. He was professional and helpful and very knowledgeable through the whole experience. We were truly impressed.
