Had my car in to have the tires changed from winter to summer tires. I have never had a bad experience at Murray's. People are always friendly and helpful. Peter is the greatest.

Sad end to my beloved Malibu Hybrid

After the "Service Hybrid" message came on my car, I arranged a service appointment immediately, but the car had to be towed in on the day. As it turned out, the car needed a completely new motor, apparently at the cost of $8,000 approx, which would need to be ordered from the US. As the car was only a 2009, with a mere 110,000 kms on it, we decided no to risk spending that kind of money on it and sent it to an auto wrecker, for which we received $350.00 Although there was no concern with your dealership and the handling we received from your staff, I am extremely disappointed in the loss of this car, which I loved, and with so little warning. The fact that no other warning lights came on until the car was near death is extremely upsetting to me still. As I had previously owned a Toyota, which was still running when I sold it at 12+ years, I went immediately to Toyota and purchased a 2017 Camry. Do understand that my disappointment is with the car, and not with your dealership or your staff, who were always friendly and helpful.

hi my experience with murray Chevrolet was overwhelming they treated me like a first class vip which I wasn't expecting when I arrived at the dealership quick ; courteous; and friendly I only hope I can experience that again when I get a truck thank to you all chris

Definitely did not go above and beyond. Let me take the vehicle over night, however when we brought it back for detailing my 10 year old could have done a better job. Also we advised of a few things that were broken & needed fixing, they weren't fixed. Would I recommend Murray Chev Olds...probably not

Brought truck in for oil change and they found lots o other work needed. Truck was an improvement but I wasted awhile day of work for a few repairs
