Once you have bought your car, they do not care about you anymore. Tried to get a service appointment because our check engine light was on. Called 4 times. left a bunch of messages and never received a call back from Service. Had to go to a different dealership. Buy your car somewhere else if you want customer service AFTER you purchased your car.

My family and I have been going to Bytek Volkswagen for many years now - from awesome service with Tony and André, to part sourcing with Denis and Ron, to a recent great experience with Dilhan purchasing a new 2018 Golf Sportwagen. I debated for quite some time between the Alltrack and Sportwagen, and Dilhan was always willing to help and provide his advice throughout the entire process. He made the whole experience feel easy and reassured my final decision. Bytek definitely provides great customer service and I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Atlas, our third VW and the second time from Bytek VW. We always service our vehicles there and we always receive first class customer service. Marc Zinck is an exceptional sales representative. We are extremely pleased & satisfied with the way he handled everything. Lesley Drysdale is also a great manager. We talked to her about our priorities & she came up with the best deal for us. Not only a good deal but also provide genuine customer service and we would like to recommend to other people looking for a good car deal and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work Mark & Lesley. We are absolutely loving the Atlas!!!!
