Was shopping around for a new SUV for our growing family for about 3 months. Started with the Mazda CX5 then the Subaru Cross-trek and was almost ready to buy one until Blair brought me a CRV-EXL for a test drive. Extremely knowledgeable with all of the tech available in the 2018 model which was very impressive, the car basically drives itself! It was nice to have an enthusiastic salesmen who genuinely liked the cars he was selling and definitely did his research. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful but his upbeat personality is quite contagious making the entire experience fun. Would definitely recommend to family friends and will come back for my next Honda...type R :P

Came here shopping for a new car and ended up taking a test drive with Blair. Great guy! He knew the car inside and out and demonstrated some features I wasn't aware of. Ultimately I went with a different vehicle but I was very impressed with the friendly (no pressure) and knowledgeable staff at Henley Honda.

I had issue with the vehicle manual not matching the service that was recommended by the Honda Canada website. Alex and Shamil took the time to explain in detail why cold weather service requires more maintenance. Unfortunately, the manuals do not mention this. It is something that Honda Canada needs to address with the authors of the manual. Also explained why their brake service costs more in that they use an extremely expensive semi-synthetic lubricant to prevent wear. Appreciated the time they took to explain this. Looking forward to adding another Honda to our driveway!!!

They falsified the inspection report. Hand written that brake fluid was dark. Told us we had brake issues and needed brake fluid. Took it to another garage that showed us no issues with either! Brake fluid clear! Even called service mgr after this happened and left message. We know why he didnt call back. Caught red handed. Will never go back. They also recommend oil changes far earlier than needed.
