This is our second new car purchase from Erin Sammy. We are an hour drive away from the dealer and they made the experience very smooth. Erin’s knowledge of the Product is excellent! I’m so disappointed in Dan, he gave me the most rude treatment I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Highly do not recommend this location. Women should not come to this location. Will not be coming back.

The staff here are very friendly and personable. Joseph was the one who took care of me and made purchasing a new vehicle very easy. He took the time to make sure we got everything we were looking for and that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. We will definitely be going back to Henley Honda to see Joseph when we look for another vehicle.

Henley Honda is one of the most customer service focused places I know. And I know customer service I’m a manager of 12 people who deliver exceptional customer service for a Canadian based company. My wife and I have purchased vehicles at a lot of places in the past and since our first purchase at Henley Honda 4 years ago, with the service they provided us over the 4yrs we wouldn’t go anywhere else, as we haven’t ever been to a place that is as concerned about their customers needs, willing to go above and beyond, even when taking the vehicle back to get the oil changed or maintenance the vehicle. The staff is genuinely caring about their customers and understands life happens but that doesn’t mean Henley Honda can’t make life easier for their customers which they have proved to do. I can’t rave enough about Henley Honda! Thank you to those who walked with us through this journey, Omar Ahmed, and Sean, both were amazing individuals who always had a smile and really took the time to care about us as individuals and not just customers. They were patient, friendly, and went above and beyond for my family. At Henley Honda we’re not Just customers contributing to maintaining their business, I feel like we’re family.

Throughout the years my experience at Hanley Honda has been absolutely amazing. When my lease was coming to an end I just hand to stick with Honda and no where els. Omar was absolutely amazing he hooked me up with my sweet ride that I absolutely LOVE!! 😍. He took me out for a test drive and went over absolutely everything about the car and answered any questions I had. When it was pick up day he helped me set up everything I needed in the car and went over things before I left. I left extremely happy and I would highly recommend and suggest anyone that’s looking into purchasing a new vehicle to go see Omar cause he da MAN LOL!! Thanks again Omar for everything see you again when I’m ready for my next Accord 👌🙌.
