I recently brought my vehicle in for repair. They did not look at my vehicle in the timeframe that was originally discussed as they new I needed it back by 3:30-4:00 (this was explained and agreed to a week prior when I made the appointment). I called twice to check up on progress through the day and both times was told they would look at it and would still have time to repair barring any out of the ordinary circumstances. In the end they did not have time to repair my vehicle (they should have). I was rudely told by the service advisor that I should have left it all day (I left if from 7:40-4:00). The service manager was extremely rude and did not care that they had not met the commitment they made to me to look at it in the morning so they would have the afternoon to repair if the repair was a reasonable size (they brought it in the shop at 1:00). He told me they can look at it whenever they want. In the end I got it repaired at a different reputable shop for $631 when Nurse was going to charge me $1200 for the same repair. There are lots of good shops out thereā¦..go find another one!
