I recently brought my vehicle in for repair. They did not look at my vehicle in the timeframe that was originally discussed as they new I needed it back by 3:30-4:00 (this was explained and agreed to a week prior when I made the appointment). I called twice to check up on progress through the day and both times was told they would look at it and would still have time to repair barring any out of the ordinary circumstances. In the end they did not have time to repair my vehicle (they should have). I was rudely told by the service advisor that I should have left it all day (I left if from 7:40-4:00). The service manager was extremely rude and did not care that they had not met the commitment they made to me to look at it in the morning so they would have the afternoon to repair if the repair was a reasonable size (they brought it in the shop at 1:00). He told me they can look at it whenever they want. In the end I got it repaired at a different reputable shop for $631 when Nurse was going to charge me $1200 for the same repair. There are lots of good shops out there…..go find another one!

Mitch was so professional and throughout. We knew what we wanted to purchase when we went in and he didn't try to change our decision. He worked to get us the best deal possible and we were very pleased with the results. It was so nice not to have any of the "old school" style of car sales. We left feeling like we got the best vehicle for us with the best price. Ryan showed us our vehicle and walked us through all of the features new and old. He helped us set up our On Star services and linked our phones. It took all of the hassle out of figuring out a new vehicle. The only somewhat negative experience was with the finance department. The person we dealt with gave us some misinformation. I believe it is his typical sales approach for selling extra features. I spoke to Mitch after and he handled the situation immediately and set things straight. What could have been a very negative thing was quickly turned around and became a non-issue for us. Thanks Nurse team for a very pleasant purchasing experience.
