I had made an appointment for my wipers which do not work; I was told that there was also a recall on a part for my vehicle. After attending to see if my vehicle was finished, the recall part was replaced but no one bothered to look at my broken item which was my main concern. I had to rebook an appointment, still no wipers and now my air conditioning does not work. Vehicle has 38k and needless to say I’m not very happy.

I was told that the part I needed to fix my AC is on back order with no release date. They wouldn’t replace the part with aftermarket parts and never offered a rental through our warranty. It’s 40 degrees outside and I cannot leave the house because my baby might literally cook in the back seat.

no parts in inventory, very simple routine repair took a week. had to scramble for a loaner car and when we got it it was filthy .
