I used to service my car at Vaughn branch. We are new to Barrie and this was my first experience and I’m really disappointed with the service. The drop off was great. They offered an uber which was so quick! For pickup they called me and told me the car is ready and they will send an uber. I was waiting for 2 hours and no uber showed up. I called many times but no one answered. I needed my car for the next day and it was 6pm, so I borrowed my sister’s car and went there! They didn’t wash my car(Vaughn and Newmarket branches always wash the cars after the service ). The worst part is I could smell cigarette smoke everywhere in my car. I sanitized the steering wheel and all parts but the smell was there for weeks! They didn’t explain anything to me they just said we upgraded the software I can’t see any difference after service at all! No oil change nothing!!!! I prefer drive to Newmarket or vaughn for the next service

I recently picked up my new vehicle from Jackson's Toyota. It was a truly positive experience working with Andrew Black and the Jackson's team. Great communication, no pressure and very inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
