Arrived at 2pm, left at 3:30 for the drive through oil change. Management should stagger the lunch breaks for their technicians so the process keeps moving.

We had such an amazing experience with Jackson's toyota. The transaction was smooth and quick. Customer service was amazing and very detailed with information. We will be back forsure. Brent worked with us from start to finish and was nothing but the best to us, always quick to answering any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated.

Car was running perfect and is 10 years old only 91,000 km. Serviced regularly every year. A week ago the engine light came on as did the Trac light indicating off. Brought to dealer even though on that day both lights turned off. I was charged $1500 for a diagnostic of the oxygen indicator as I was told by dealer, it was a “known issue”. They refused to do any discount under recall even though it was a known issue. I asked and again was told by service desk that the manager doesn’t discount or offer to repair a “known” issue. They fixed the problem and never offered anything. Extremely disappointing from a well known manufacturer ( Toyota) to repair known issues. I’m out $1500 I was expecting to be covered or at least 50%. Service desk advised the manager never provides a discount.
