This is the worst Toyota dealership around. Do not buy or especially use their service department. If you live in Barrie and need service on your Toyota vehicle go to Orillia Toyota for service, they are the best!

I recently purchased my first car from Jackson's Toyota and had the best experience! Andrew Black made me feel so special when going to pick up my car and I am extremely happy with the whole process. All the staff were great and always able to answer my questions when I called. I 100% recommend this dealership and will be going back in the future!

I recently bought Highlander Hybrid. I had very good experience with Jacksonās Toyota team. Kevin was great and he kept me updated with all details of my car. I got my car as promised on time. I am glad that I bought my car with Jacksonās Toyota teams.

Brent Bell was super helpful in getting us our first car in Canada. He went that extra mile to make everything smoother for us by coming to our place in Downtown Toronto to get the final bill of sale signed. I truly admire his helpful nature and his professionalism in dealing with customers. I would also like to thank Megan-Fitz Gerald for getting the financing approved so quickly and for pushing the service for getting the car ready on time for our convenience.
