This was a great experience. Eric and Nick were so patient, respectful and so prompt to respond to calls, e-mails and service. It was a pleasure and Lola is doing great (Toyota Highlander Platinum 2022). The only improvement a would make of her will be to have a push gas door tank flap and a touch less spout. Other than that, so far; so good. PS: I wish I had a cap and a little coffee mug to go with it instead of the tote bag. :)...more like :(

Dave Carr was amazing, best experience ive ever had at a dealership. We ordered a new car for my elderly mother and he has been in constant contact even if he doesnt have any updates, also he got us the cheapest price from any other dealership... by ALOT... if you want a toyota go see Dave Carr.. hes your man and youll get nothing but honesty and respect... thanks again Dave

Not at all impressed with the service at this location. I booked an appointment two weeks before today's date to have a recall amended. I was told on the phone it would be a quick hour to an hour and a half. Great! I had another small issue happen between when I placed this call, but before the appointment. So a day or two before the appointment, I called to ask if they could take a look at the transmission fluid. At this point they told me the recall does not take long to fix, but it could be a few hours to get the truck in the shop. Fair enough. I showed up at 1030 today for the appointment, where I was informed I would be waiting until 5pm to get my truck back. So now I've shown up and found out the day of that I won't have my vehicle the entire day, while I'm running a business from Parry Sound that u now have to take a day off (not to mention the employees). When expressing my dissatisfaction another women was talking to the manager about the exact same issue.... So it's clearly a trend here. Not to mention the manager Kelly I dealt with was not sympathetic and very rude to fix this issue. All I asked for in return for the time I lost was wiper blades, which after spending $50,000 on the truck was too much to ask. Not impressed, and I will not be returning to this location.

Everything that I expected. The staff are honest and sincere, the work is excellent and the price reflects value. I have owned Toyota cars since 1991 and I have always dealt with Jackson's Toyota.

This is the first time for me buying a brand new vehicle on my own. I was very nervous, more so that being my first home on my own, believe it or not. Matt Mitchell was extremely helpful in making that process stress free. He found a vehicle that was not only exactly what I was looking for, that suited my needs and my style, but was able to get all the options I requested in a timely manner. In this day and age of post Covid supply and demand issues, I’ve heard a lot of people who’ve had bad car buying experiences ranging from long waits to over pricing. I felt that Matt did his best to help me avoid that situation. I would refer Jackson’s Toyota and Matt to anyone. Thank you to Matt and the entire team at Jackson’s Toyota.
