It took one month to complete a lease transfer that should have taken much less time and stress. It was difficult to get a hold of the business manager handling the transfer and it felt like the business manager did not care.

Our experience at Jackson's Toyota was great. During our initial visit, we checked out a few of their used vehicles and were able to identify and clarify our search criteria. We explained our preferences to our salesperson, Matt Mitchell, and he was able to find exactly what we were looking for, from the colour to the perfect record of the vehicle. Also, the negotiated price was excellent compared to what was advertised in other dealerships. We highly recommend Jackson's Toyota and Matt Mitchell for the next time you are car shopping!
