Disappointed

The oil change was fine however I usually get a new sticker on my window which indicates when I should come back. In my envelope that had my receipt I normally get a sheet which tells me about my rewards points and sometimes there is a coupon as well. I did call back, left a message to get an update on my rewards and sticker for my windshield. Who ever the receptionist put me through to hasn’t called back as of yet. Maybe next time I’ll check everything before I leave the parking lot.

Was looking for a larger vehicle. My man David took care of us from the sit down to the test drive and the breakdown. I felt taken care of in his presence.

Matthews at Jackson Toyota was a great sales rep the took the time to go over the vehicles that were available and I was able to get the truck I wanted and didn't have to wait for it . Will buy the next vehicle from Jackson's Toyota

We ordered a 2022 Rav4 from Jackson's Toyota in March 2022. Our whole experience was wonderful. From the first time we walked into the dealership we were met by welcoming staff. We worked with Rohit and he was amazing. He was continually sending us text/email updates about when the vehicle would be ready and was always there to answer any questions we would have. We highly recommend Jackson's Toyota if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

Let me begin by saying the staff was great. Unfortunately after taking my car in for service, I was disappointed in the quality of the Toyota products as I was told my routers needed to be replace even though I had replaced them less then 1.5 years ago. Also after having an appraisal done on my 2018 Highlander I was surprised to find the value of my vehicle was so low. My son had sold his 2019 Impreza the same week and he received almost $5000 less than my appraisal of my Highlander which cost me $20,000 more on the original purchase price. For these reasons a Toyota will not be the next vehicle I purchase. It is unfortunate because I have owned Toyota vehicles for almost 15 years.
