truck needed troubleshooting to find an issue with electronics. found problem quickly and ordered parts to repair. Long wait for part but we were aware of this right up front so no issues.

Our car needed a new transmission (under warranty). GM took a long time finding part, but Luke kept us up to date through the whole process. Very helpful and great to deal with.
