I was told it would take an hour to complete and they were completed within the hour . I did have some issues originally with setting up my service via a phone call but Dyanne (sales)came to the rescue and made the whole process very easy .

Winnipeg Honda at waverly Sales department is good but Service department 🤔 they don’t have any qualified Mechanics and they are there for rip you off , I bring my Odyssey for transmission issue they charge me for Diagnostic and suggested me to change transmission Oil for $750 and your problem will be gone, I did that and paid for that then after a month bring it back for same problem they again charge me for diagnostic $159 It should cover under warranty they shouldn’t charge me. They did multi point inspection charge me $350 and they suggested me to do that my one inner back light was LED was fused they didn’t notice another reverse bulb was fused they replaced that one when I bring it back for that then they told me it wasn’t there at that time but I already knew that it was there before they shouldn’t lied me for that minor thing. Because that back light was fused for a long time. Lier

Brought my car for 10:15 a.m. Was in for a recall and I asked them to do a Safety after. They did some service on my brakes. Got a texto informing me that my car was ready to pick up, it was around 2:45 p.m. Very good service.
