M husband went in today to ask about a part for my Kia. We have a leak in the oil housing cap. The parts manager said it is a normal thing . Did not even bother to look up the part that we are requesting. A normal thing to have an oil leak on a vehicle that is only 5 years old?? Customer service at its best , right. Would you drive a vehicle is only 5 years old that has an oil leak. This is something that you can fix at home and not have to pay a fortune for . No help at all from Kia and the parts department. If I could give you half a star I would. See below what we were asking for .

Exemplary customer service!!! From the live chat operator Veronica until they hand out the key of our vehicle, everyone has been so great. Thank you for a very awesome experience, can't ask for more. I used to be skeptic about being into dealing with salesperson mostly with dealership, i found them very pushy but this experience with Wheaton Kia just break that feeling really at all... feels like im just talking to my group of friends... The Sales Manager Brandon is very humble, very prompt in email conversation even if im not comfortable giving my mobile number he's been very patient with my email queries.. to others, not giving my phone number might mean im not that interested but he's been very accomodating... Culbert is just so fun to talk to and very open to answer questions. Kudos to Susan for doing her job excellently... very knowledgeable sophisticated yet so witty.. the advise you gave are so helpful. Had so much fun with these guys... the standards you set will be so hard to beat...👍👍✔😁

Had an amazing experience at Wheaton from the moment we walked in the door (with a toddler and preschooler in tow) to the moment we left nearly 2 hours later. The staff there really cares, is not pushy, goes above and beyond and works to understand your needs and show you several vehicles in your price range. 100% would recommend this dealership and we will be buying future vehicles here as well. We were greeted by Gregg who worked with manager Brandon to help us out. They let us know about 6 vehicles that might meet our needs - some even way under our budget, and brought our top three vehicles inside for us to check out. They answered all of our questions, showed us around the vehicles and let us test drive them. They even helped entertain our kids while we worked with Susan from financing, who was just as kind as the salesmen, very knowledgeable and, again, not pushy. The kids were given stuffed animals and suckers, we were given help syncing our phones to the vehicle and learning all the little tricks. Thanks to the Wheaton Kia team for the 5-star treatment. Hands down the best dealership experience we've ever had. Thanks again Gregg for being so helpful and kind.
