Recent purchase at Mark Motors was a delight. Jesse Carr assisted in negotiations and assured best deal was made. He is a very knowledgeable salesman with no pressure. The remaining sales team were polite and a breeze to deal with. I generally hate going to any dealership but actually look forward to first service date. Joe

my first service appointment, the person who looked after me was very helpful and professional. The car was ready for pick up on time , I have no problem with it. The waiting area is nice even I did not have to wait much. The lady who booked the appointment for me on the phone was very helpful

The salesperson, Richard Cross, was fantastic and always available. When I signed the lease papers in May 2017 I was told that the vehicle would likely be available in mid to late July even though the paperwork indicated a possible delivery date of the end of August. When I called mid-July for an update as to the timing of the vehicle and left a voice message, I received no response and had to follow up myself a week later. When I asked about possibly getting a loaner car for August until the car arrived, I had an email from someone indicating they needed to check with the sales manager and would get back to me shortly. Again, no one got back to me and I followed up a week later. The only person who ever got back to me on a timely basis was Richard Cross. The lack of service in the form of unresponsiveness from the sales office after signing the lease papers was disconcerting and I am still concerned about the level of service I will receive regarding servicing the vehicle during the three month lease period. I did have a positive experience with the person who walked me through the various features of the vehicle when I picked up the vehicle, though prior to that I was not provided appropriate information (VIN of vehicle) to arrange insurance and had to call your office while also on the phone with the insurance company and when I picked up the vehicle I did not have a void cheque with me as no one told me in advance to bring one.
