Brenda is an outstanding representative to Rainbow Toyota. We have referred people to her. In fact, the whole staff at Rainbow was always wonderful to work with: from the Manager all the way to the receptionist. That is why we drive from Meadow Lake!

Financial department or the person in charge to do the financial is still not good, and it should be changed. Paper work and what's the deals must spelled out clearly and properly as client agrees with the sales person, not hiding, nor written down. Spell them out. Customers are not stupid and if they still continue serving and treating customers like idiots then surely next time, there will be no deal, no sales for the store, just feel regret for working hard people (sales men/women) try to make the deal and financial person (or the person making paper work) screws it up.

Having Rick helping my daughter getting a new Toyota Matrix. She loves her car. I am glad she decided on the Toyota, because everyone at the dealership is great. Main thing is the service, being a Toyota I doubt it would require any repairs, just the regular service. Thankyou

When purchasing my most recent previously owned vehicle, Brian was very accommodating to my needs as well as to my personal schedule. After having driven the vehicle for about 2 days I realized there was a likely problem with the alignment of the wheels. They happily solved the problem and replaced the resulting damages tires at no cost to me. This was greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

My wife and I were treated in a very friendly and professional manner. All of our questions were answered and I never once experienced being pressured to buy. We received a fair trade in value for our Tacoma and picked up our new Tacoma at the agreed upon date with the requested accessories installed. I have recommended Rick to family, friends and colleagues.
