Just drove 3 hours to view car in stock... had to argue with staff about it being in stock. Had trade in with me; asked to test drive other car and was refused twice. Amazing customer service

i was suposed to have my rear bumper changed at the same time as my service and i was told my bumper was there the week before it realy sucks when you have to take a day off without pay and find out that now i have to go back at a later date just for the bumper i should have been notified that it was on back order not when i showed up for my apointment not impresed

at first the service advisor tried to charge for tire change over but then found out the summers were already on rims and rectified the situation immediately. great service. thanks rose

Last visit was a big disappointment. Scheduled for 10:00 but Jeep not looked at till 13:39. Other than the engine light being turned off, none of my issues were addressed. I hit the highway with a vehicle that shakes at 95 Km. I am never given an invoice of what is being done to the Jeep. Only ones I have are from November and March. Upset that no one can diagnose why the engine light comes on. It was a cold winter without my remote starter working because of the engine light being on constantly As I travel from Elliot Lake, and have had 7 or 8 visits since the purchase in September of last year, it is getting expensive to drive to Sudbury every time. I love my Grand Cherokee, but it's given me too many headaches.

Went in for my 6 month service appointment plus had my snow tires removed and summer tires installed. Service department team members were professional, answered my questions and my vehicle was ready within the scheduled time.
