I had two recalls performed on my truck and my car was in for an inspection and they found some repairs needed to my wheel bearing and shocks which are under warranty and repairs will be completed when parts arrive

Was what I expected

I asked Chase to make sure that the process went smoothly and punctual as we did not want to spend the day at the dealership. When we got there, the vehicle and all the paperwork was ready and the transaction went according to plan in a timely manner.
