I just want to compliment Andrew Johnston and the Ontario Motor Sales Team for their expertise and excellent customer service. I purchased a Cadillac XT5 at the end of October of this year. I did my research and made contact with several GTA Dealership's and sales people on what I wanted from color to options and price range. Andrew stepped up above and beyond to find the exact XT5 I was looking for and at the same time meeting my price expectation. On the day of sale Andrew came in early was well prepared with all the paperwork and then showed me how to work all the gadgets included in my vehicle so that I could drive out as a proud owner of my new vehicle. I also have to thank Mike Rankin the Parts Manager who gave me the original contact to Andrew. He also went above and beyond by on my purchase of winter tires and custom floor mats at a very reasonable price! Because of the great experience with the Ontario Motor Sales team I will be servicing my vehicle there even though i could go to 6 or more closer dealers! Thanks Again

It was an easy buying experience. Had a disappointing drive home as the check engine light came on shortly after leaving dealership. They are being helpful in trying to get the issue rectified however . Car was missing carpeted floor mats that were advertised but not sure what or anything they are doing about that. Overall I'm happy with the car and the dealership. So far.

They didnt have anyone come out and greet us so we left. Not a bad line up of cars to choose from....but no idea if they have any loyalty pricing to compare to Ford
